Restorative & Rehabilitative Dentistry
Rebuilding teeth that have been damaged, worn, or lost over time.
Restorative dentistry is the craft of repairing and rebuilding teeth that have been affected by decay, fracture, wear, or previous dental work. At Vats & Param, restoration goes beyond sealing a cavity; it involves understanding why the tooth was lost or damaged, addressing the cause, and rebuilding in a way that lasts. From simple fillings to complete oral rehabilitation, we match the complexity of the solution to the complexity of the problem.
“A tooth restored without understanding why it broke will break again. Every restoration begins with a diagnosis, not a drill.”
What Does It Involve?
Restorative treatment planning at Vats & Param begins with a full assessment of your oral environment, including your bite, gum health, and the factors that led to the initial breakdown. We use digital radiography, photographs, and study models to plan restorations that restore both form and function within the context of your whole dental system.
Materials are selected for biocompatibility, longevity, and aesthetics. We use tooth-coloured composites and ceramics that bond well to tooth structure and match your natural appearance. Full-mouth rehabilitation cases are planned in phases, with clear communication and written treatment plans provided before any work begins.

Three Principles Behind Every Appointment
Cause Before Cure
We identify and address the reason a tooth failed before restoring it. Treatment without diagnosis produces short-lived results.
Material Intelligence
We select restorative materials based on the clinical demands of each situation, not convenience or cost. Longevity is always the primary consideration.
Minimally Invasive
We remove only what cannot be saved. Conservative dentistry that preserves natural tooth structure is always preferable to more extensive treatment.
